After explaining my experien again after a horrible experience. Years later I was looking for my 1st wrangler and received a phone call from Russell. After explaining my experience he asked me to give him a chance. I reluctantly did and since then I have purchased 5 vehicles from the team and my oldest daughter the week before purchased her 1st vehicle at Pellegrino. I’ve kept them honest and have explored other dealerships each time and NO ONE has been able to match any deal. From Russell to Anthony to Patrick I can not ask for anything more. I would like to express to you how pleased I was with the professionalism, knowledge, human relations interactions, and sense of personal connection that I received from your employees. I would like to acknowledge and note that Patrick Brown, Anthony Pinto, Brian Hastings were all outstanding and incredibly positive in representing Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep. My decision supported by my wife to purchase from your dealership was the direct result of these three gentlemen. Their intelligence and astuteness was evident in my exchange with each of these gentlemen. More
