It was such a pleasure to deal with Pellegrino Jeep! Between Vince, Rich, and Brian what an amazing experience. Rich took the time out to go over every detail in my new vehicle. With all the new technology, It was very overwhelming, but his knowledge of the vehicle he made me very comfortable to jump in it and drive it home. Brian the finance guy made me feel like family! He took the time and explained the entire contract. I left there with no questions and feeling really good about spending money (which I do NOT like to do). Vince went above and beyond with telling me all about the vehicle and putting me in good hands with Rich and Brian. Between the 3 of them, I felt like I was part of this amazing family dynamic . I am forever grateful for such a seamless experience! Thank u all for making my life easier! More

We purchased a new, 2023 Jeep Rubicon at Pellegrino CDJR based on the very positive reviews their service department receives (as well as their sales department). Our experience with the service department based on the very positive reviews their service department receives (as well as their sales department). Our experience with the service department reflects what others have said before us--very positive. They did the work requested, as well as completing it on time. We've had one service performed, an oil change (free with the Jeep Waive program), as well as having an OEM part installed (black grill). We were very satisfied with all of the work done. I feel the service personal took very good care of me, as they always do! I feel very safe in having them inspect and service my Jeep plus they work quickly so that I have the Jeep back the same day, usually they always do! In this case I didn't have an appointment and they worked very quickly to resolve my problem, same day! More
