Anthony Rhoto and Louis, the general manager, were so easy to work with. On our first visit to the dealership we were welcomed and spoken to like people and not just a potential paycheck. It was nice that they took the time to get to know us and not try to speed up the process of purchase. They truly value their customers. It was even better that I wasn’t hounded the next day with questions, opinions, and heckling to make a purchase. Anthony gave me more than 24 hours to consider my options with Rainbow. Because of that, I felt like he really tried to make a connection and not just a sale. When I did hear back from him and we discussed what my options were and my thoughts on the cars he had shown us, it was an easy decision to continue to work with him and Louis. The entire team at Rainbow was exceptional. From the sweet lady at the front desk to the other salesmen and managers to even the service department that allowed us to get a thorough look over the vehicle before making our final decision.
