Communication with customers is lacking. Whenever I try to call for updates no one answers the phone and when I leave a message for a call back no one ever calls back. Unable to repair my car after having for almost 2 months. The service person Anthony Rivera stated that Hyundai informed them that there was a software update done Dec 23 and there was not anything wrong wit The service person Anthony Rivera stated that Hyundai informed them that there was a software update done Dec 23 and there was not anything wrong with my vehicle. Although the features still do not work and has not worked since I purchased the vehicle brand new in 2022. Therefore the supposed update would not apply to my vehicle. Furthermore it’s amazing how all of sudden Hyundai report this “update” after instructing the dealership to replace the front camera and a sensor to see if that would rectify my issues. believe Webb lied to me and just wanted to be done with my vehicle because they were unable to repair it. I will NOT return to Webb any longer for my regular vehicle maintenance I’m sure Webb doesn’t care but I will tell everyone I know not to patronize any of your dealership. I will also no longer take our Ford vehicle to Webb Ford More
