Considering how much money is on the line, a car buying experience can be very stressful but Mr. Rocchi has a knowledge of his product and makes a person feel comfortable. Mr. Mellor in the finance department explained everything without rushing and was able to answer all my questions. In the years I have had cars bought and cars serviced, there has never been anyone that I have interacted with who wasn't friendly and helpful. ( Except one service rep who told me a fairy tale about why my battery ran down. I haven't seen him an a while so I guess he is gone.) This is a good dealership. More

Mr Rocchi insured i understood the vehicle, warranties and all the "gadgets". i then met with finance and completed the no pressure transaction. i will return to Faulkner and would recommend this dealership. it was a breath of fresh air and pleasant surprise in todays times.
