Anthony was largely unhelpful when I called ahead of arrival and asked about the required documents for a commercial loan purchase through my business. Once it was determined I was buying the vehicle I arrival and asked about the required documents for a commercial loan purchase through my business. Once it was determined I was buying the vehicle I asked him to please charge it because I noticed during the test drive it only had about 80 miles of range left and I was driving all the way back to St Petersburg. When I went out transfer things I noticed it only had a few more miles of range and I asked him why he hadn't put it on one of the four level two chargers out front and he said those only worked for the Audis. That's absolutely positively untrue. I sacrificed not having the vehicle detailed in order to have the vehicle charged and he put it on a level one charger. More

Voicemail messages, emails, and text messages all go ignored. It's hard to imagine their service being much worse. Sure, they have some nice vehicles on the lot, but if you want to buy a whole bunch of headaches along with your new car, pick Audi Lakeland. I have been buying new and used cars for 40 years and I have never seen such substandard service. And they are supposed to be a premium dealership. Nothing premium about the service. Anthony in sales was OK. After that, nose dive. Another thing I found distasteful was the condescension as I expressed my concerns. The woman who offered to help me told me to text her if I wanted to reach out after hours. Then when I texted her at about 5:30 PM, she told me to quit bothering her because she was with her family. Sure, they are selling premium German wheels, but their service was like a used car lot from somewhere out in the woods. Too bad for them because I keep myself and 4 other people in wheels, and I would have shopped there in the future if they would've shown the slightest degree of concern. The BMW and Mercedes dealerships are 5 minutes away. More
