This service appointment gets an outstanding mark in all aspects. I called at the last minute and got an appointment that night and work was started the next morning , I got a call with the issues & approve aspects. The car was dissected that afternoon and parts ordered and delivered the next morning. The car was buttoned up and I picked it up at 10:00 am. The costs were $1200 + but the worked was required. The coordinated effort of the service supervisor , technician and support was was greatly appreciated for their efficiency. More

Was a good experience getting our Atlas serviced this past weekend. Would have expected an oil change and tire rotation to take less than an hour but my bigger concern was there was no bench or seats out past weekend. Given the pandemic would have expected to have a truly outside option (Not just chairs in the service bay area next to the door) so that customers could wait comfortably while staying outside. Perhaps there is no area for that BUT given the length of the pandemic would have expected a solution/alternative to have been in place by November More
