Was a good experience getting our Atlas serviced this past weekend. Would have expected an oil change and tire rotation to take less than an hour but my bigger concern was there was no bench or seats out past weekend. Given the pandemic would have expected to have a truly outside option (Not just chairs in the service bay area next to the door) so that customers could wait comfortably while staying outside. As a long-time customer at this dealership I have always been treated well and have never experienced a problem over the years. On this occasion it was a routine 40,000 mile check up which found a radiator been treated well and have never experienced a problem over the years. On this occasion it was a routine 40,000 mile check up which found a radiator leak that was still under warrantee and was also provided with a reasonable price for tire replacement (at my request) which I took full advantage of and had them replaced.
