The Cylinder head on my Volkswagen failed, and I was quoted over $8000 at two other dealerships for a known issue. I paid less than $1000 for what two other locations refused to even ask VW for help. It's a bit of a drive, but I'll make it to go here and I recommend them to anyone who asks. More

Ciocca Audi has made the decision to significantly reduce the size of their loaner fleet and will not provide or reimburse for a rental vehicle—even for warranty repairs.
