Although the car I bought wasn’t a Honda it was a luxury Lincoln car and should’ve been prepped for resale better than it was. For instance, they should’ve had the owners manuals with it and Ford has key co Lincoln car and should’ve been prepped for resale better than it was. Being on a very limited fixed retirement income, I came in expecting to leave without a car because I could afford to pay no more than I had been paying on my 3-year old lease, & with just inflation alone, that didn't seem possible. Reuben & team did appear to bend over backwards to try to get me a deal I could afford. I'm sure you guys made a profit but I can't see how. For only a few dollars more than I'd been paying, I got even a small upgrade from my previous vehicle. I'm not greedy & would be glad to pay a fair price but I just couldn't afford it. Somehow Honda managed to make sure I had a car for another 3 years, and a great car. More
