From the start of my experience to the latest I have had nothing but positive results when dealing with the staff at Sawgrass Infiniti. Starting with the sales process Brian Shiner has done everything poss nothing but positive results when dealing with the staff at Sawgrass Infiniti. Starting with the sales process Brian Shiner has done everything possible to satisfy my needs and make me comfortable with my purchase/lease. I was a LEXUS only guy for many years...I may just now be a Infiniti guy from now on. My car did have some minor service issues and Tony would not let me pick up the car until he knew I would be happy with the results...I am happy and the issue is now resolved.
