Pushy We went in to trade a 2018 Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 in for a 2019 or 2020 Silverado Crew Cab 4x4. At first the salesman seemed interested in what we wer We went in to trade a 2018 Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 in for a 2019 or 2020 Silverado Crew Cab 4x4. At first the salesman seemed interested in what we were looking for. We made the choice to also trade in a 2019 Colorado crew cab Z71. Both had low mileage. The salesman showed us a truck or two and told us they all were brand new with single digit mileage. When we decided on the truck, the salesman reveled it was a demo truck and that it had 5k miles. We asked about a 2020 and the salesman began saying that the rebates were not available. Per their website the rebates were available. Upon inspection of the 2019 Silverado, we discovered a dent in the tailgate. The salesman stated that he would have it replaced if necessary. We were fine with replacing the tailgate. But when we mentioned to the manager that the salesman offered to change the tailgate, the manager stated that he could not replace it. We started to back out when the manager offered $1500 back on the cost to cover the already damaged tailgate. We were fine with that. They showed us a 2020 Equinox to replace the 2019 Colorado we had brought in. We liked it as well. But when it came down to signing, we were once again told something totally different than previously agreed to. In the beginning we agreed to certain payment limits, but once in financing, the payments went up by a few hundred on each vehicle. More than what we were previously paying. We pushed back for almost 3 hours just to get the total combine payments where we wanted them. As for the $1500 "cash back" that the manager offered, we later discovered that he had financed an additional $1500 into the loan in order to keep the dealership from loosing money. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the second dealership that we have dealt with and this is the last time we will be doing business here. We have tried to contact their "customer service manager" and he has yet to contact us back. More
