I purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage PHEV from Ed Martin Toyota yesterday evening, and by the next morning the vehicle would not start. I had to call roadside assistance to jump-start it an inconvenience no Toyota yesterday evening, and by the next morning the vehicle would not start. I had to call roadside assistance to jump-start it an inconvenience no customer should deal with immediately after a purchase. Once the car started, multiple problems appeared, including a check engine light, rear signal light errors, and the heated steering wheel not working. For a vehicle that just passed through the dealership’s inspection and delivery process, this raises concerns about the quality of their checks and overall attention to detail. I expected a reliable, ready-to-drive vehicle and a smoother ownership experience. Instead, I’m dealing with issues from day one. I am hoping the dealership resolves this quickly, but based on the experience so far, I’m very disappointed. More
