ambocoum19, in follow-up to our conversation today, the 2017 Highlander with 100k miles you bought in December 2023 was traded in and ran through our used car reconditioning process. This vehicle, being no exception to that rule, was serviced by a Toyota master technician and offered for sale after his work was completed. We take great pride in selling great cars. When we spoke, I looked up the inspection, and there was no mention or documentation regarding any leaks. Fast forward to March; three months later, you claim the vehicle is leaking and are asking us to offer to pay for it as if it were a new vehicle under warranty. We would love to help fix the vehicle with Toyota Genuine parts by a factory-trained technician, but we cannot commit to covering the bill as the vehicle is not under any warranty at this point. Since I bought the vehicle has been driven less than 300 miles, it was mostly parked, I have a proof of odometer reading, I barely drive this vehicle. You perfectly know what was the condition of the vehicle and sold it with a know issue. You have been so insolent over the phone telling me “the only way to not have an issue with a car is to buy a new car, you have no respect for your customer, it is a shame to do business with crooked people the car was sold $26000 out of door price and to have an engine oil leak for less than 300 miles. I rather take my car to a different dealership than dealing with crooked people.
