I had an amazing experience with Anthony and the service team at Eagle Chevrolet. What stood out was how far above and beyond he went to help me. Without getting into specifics, a stressful situation was mu team at Eagle Chevrolet. What stood out was how far above and beyond he went to help me. Without getting into specifics, a stressful situation was much easier to navigate with his help and guidance. Anthony was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about doing the right thing. The level of customer service I received today is rare. I highly recommend this service team and asking for Anthony. It was truly a 10/10 experience. More

Disappointed that I was miss informed about a service notice for my vehicle. When there never was one. So I brought my vehicle in for a repair that was a simple 10 dollar part. That is assumed by the dea notice for my vehicle. When there never was one. So I brought my vehicle in for a repair that was a simple 10 dollar part. That is assumed by the dealer that I’m at fault for. It was an opportunity for the dealership to just make it right and win me over going forward to return to them in the future. Instead they took the road of charging 70 dollars. Bottom line you’re just a number to them. I won’t be returning. More
