My appointment for a routine oil change was scheduled and I was taken in as I drove up to the the service center by Christian Mammet. I checked in, received my estimate and when the work was done I then rece I was taken in as I drove up to the the service center by Christian Mammet. I checked in, received my estimate and when the work was done I then received a complete report , with pictures, on the status of my mechanical safety and serviceability including recommendations for the future. all very much appreciated as Christian and the Mechanical Team went beyond my expectations. They did the job; however if took them longer than anticipated; also it was full tank and they 'took' 70% of it to do the recall job (options to reimburse or give the fuel back were not even considere anticipated; also it was full tank and they 'took' 70% of it to do the recall job (options to reimburse or give the fuel back were not even considered). Service review video clarity was poor and didn't know about notes below video until after an air filter was replaced. Had I known there was a higher priority like a leaking valve I would have had that s about notes below video until after an air filter was replaced. Had I known there was a higher priority like a leaking valve I would have had that service done instead. Now I need to wait until I get paid by the state on Feb 1 hoping my engine doesn't fail before then because of lack of oil. More
