Went to look at the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, once the guy Tony saw I was under 21 he seemed uninterested in showing me the car. Saying multiple times I might need to get my "Grammy" down to the dealership to Tony saw I was under 21 he seemed uninterested in showing me the car. Saying multiple times I might need to get my "Grammy" down to the dealership to sign because it might be out of my price range. The car was dead after only 3 days on the lot, grill was busted and stains on all the seats. Once I got in for the test drive (which was less than a quarter mile) he told me numerous times not to rev the engine too high claiming "You can do that after you buy it". To give you a background the Evo is a performance based car. The engine is the only reason it's worth 24k used. When I asked to reduce the price for the grill and the stains he said he would sell it for his price either to me or someone else. When I told him to call me in a couple months if they changed the price if it didn't sell, he cut me off half way through to tell me "it will sell and if not it's going to auction in 36 days" More

From the very first inquiry to the delivery of the Prius, Tony was wonderful. Everything was exactly as advertised and Tony was direct, reasonable and a heck of a nice guy to boot. I am very displeased with the way this sale had went. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to be lied to 3 times before arriving, the lack of detail on the sellers part. Was very pushy with paperwork, and wanted me to sign paperwork before even seeing the car I was purchasing. Neglected several times to go over payment pricing, the terms of loan or the interest rate. I have never been treated with disrespect in my life, to have my 65 year old grandmother with and just hear "word to your mother" when we said we needed to think about things was unprofessional. I am very displeased with the dealership as well as the sales representative, I have contacted another dealer and am now in great hands. More
