The day that we picked up our vehicle our sales associate had to balance time with us and 2 other customers. We were moved around to several desk locations until the transaction was completed. My experience at Koons Toyota Westminster was exactly what one would want a used-car-buying experience to be! I didn't spend the entire day in the dealership, they knew what my expectations were for fina what one would want a used-car-buying experience to be! I didn't spend the entire day in the dealership, they knew what my expectations were for financing and they met them transparently, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Two weeks after the purchase, I noticed that there were flaws in the paint that happened prior to my purchase (but were only visible in certain lighting). They willingly took care of the problem and made it drama free. I will be purchasing from this dealership again, the people are honest and trustworthy in my experience. More
