Customer communication and getting the car fixed and back quickly is not a priority. Very poor communication about what's happening with the vehicle or how much longer they will need it. They had my car for four days for very minor things. I had to call each day for and update because I wasn't getting anything from them even as it gets towards the end of the day. Then when I call they say the noise I'm hearing is normal, which wasn't. Finally on day three, and a lot of arguing, they found the issue and fixed it. Replaced brakes. They are trying to get buy with out having to do what's right and treating me (a person that knows about cars) as if I'm stupid. On day three they finally offered a rental. When it's warranty work and they aren't making any money, they treat you like you don't matter. More
