This is by far the worst experience and customer service around. My parents, who are senior citizens, were looking for a car, so I was helping them to find a reputable dealer and reasonable price. We received a truecar certificate for a new altima for 16,344. But before driving down over 2 hours to the location, we wanted to talk with the sales rep to ensure it was within my parent's budget, so we spoke with their True Car Manager, William Leigh, who confirmed on multiple phone calls that we would be able to get the care including, tax, tags, and deal fees (689) out the door for between 18.5k or 19k along with a 0% 72 mos financing and he verbally confirmed this with us multiple times on the phone before we made the 2+ hour drive over labor day. When they arrived, my parents and brother William and saw multiple vehicles and he indicated that the price would be the same as discussed. However, when it came time to run the numbers, His sales manager Anthony Taveras, came in and said that the price would be between $21,000 to $22,000, and we would not get the 0% APR as promised. Not only were they not willing to work with us, on what was stated, Anthony was extremely rude.This is not a way to treat customers, especially two senior citizens. They bait and switch you and use predatory tactics. More

I cannot say enough about my salesman, Anthony Tavarez...... Amazing, Outstanding, Honest, Caring are a few words that come to my mind. From the moment I walked into that dealership and met Anthony, I was impressed. Absolutely no high pressure, actually, just the opposite. He is a fantastic asset to Sutherlin. If you want to get the very best deal for the very best price and actually enjoy the whole experience, PLEASE ask for Anthony. I walked out of there with the car of my dreams that I never, ever thought I could afford. I feel like he is a friend and I know I can call on him at any time with questions or concerns. As an added note....the Finance Team also blew me away. They did exactly what I needed for me to get into my dream car. I don't know how many more new cars I will be buying, but I will never go anywhere else. And you can be sure I will refer Sutherlin and Anthony to anybody that ever mentions they are in the market for a car. Thank you guys for everything!!!!! More
