Excellent work Staff are very efficiency and friendly at Infinity Norwood Service Department. I checked in as soon as I pulled my car inside the service department e Staff are very efficiency and friendly at Infinity Norwood Service Department. I checked in as soon as I pulled my car inside the service department entrance. I only have to wait for a very short period of time in the waiting lounge and I was informed by Antonio my car will be ready for me to pick up. I am very pleased to say the service and quality work at Infinity Norwood is Excellent and I will highly recommend friends and family to use the service in this dealership. Good Job. Fast , polite and knowledable I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very sma I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very small detail that I never noticed and took care of it, in the 2 minutes he was in my car. My car was finished on time and on budget. Poor service My car with 41K miles under full warranty had failed a state inspection due to the inboard side of the front rotors not wearing correctly. The pad con My car with 41K miles under full warranty had failed a state inspection due to the inboard side of the front rotors not wearing correctly. The pad contact area was 50% rusted and not being contacted by the pad. This was on both sides. The pads were fine. both the inspection station and the state inspector said that something was wrong and it could not pass. Infiniti if Norwood tech looked at it and said everything was to spec with the brakes and they were operating as designed. I asked to speak with service manager and was told he was not available. I had them give me a print out of their diagnosis and after they changed a marker bulb, I left with my paperwork to bring it to the inspection station. They said the brakes are not safe and contacted the state inspector who also agreed that the brakes were not safe. I had to have the brake pads and rotors changed so I could pass inspection. I will be contacting Infiniti Corporate to report this. I have pictures, actual parts, and the supporting documents. More

We keep going back to Norwood Infinity due to the hassel free sales process with Eric Amoah and Ken Hubbell. Additionally, the service department staff really make it easy to have any repairs and oil changes done. without worrying that I will be charged more than the estimate given. Nigel makes sure that I am kept informed at all times. I've dealt with so many in service over the years - Anthony Chirico and Anthony Tippett stand out. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it and that's what keeps us coming back. More
