Service Review Recently called and schedule an oil change. As usual the service people were receptive to my call and acknowledged my appointment when I arrived. The turnaround time was very reasonable and all work that had been explained as well as review of all items on the vehicle that had been checked. Would recommend the Service Department for the quality of service and promptness. More

Service Center forgot to put the 3 bolts on my tire !!!! The mechanics at this Ray Sillman service center are very careless ! I took my car to this dealership have some work done. When I purchased the vehi The mechanics at this Ray Sillman service center are very careless ! I took my car to this dealership have some work done. When I purchased the vehicle I also bought rim and wheel insurance. I recently cracked my rim and took it to be fixed. The insurances company approved it and the rim took almost a week to be changed. During that process they contacted me to tell me that three bolts needed to be changed on my rim also. I allow them to change them and I paid for the bolts when I got there. The same day my car started to make really weird sounds. I could not figure out what it was so once I got paid weeks later I took it to another car shop to be checked out. The mechanic told me that the Ray Skillman Serive center never put the bolts that they said I needed back on my car and that my tire could have came off at any time. He stated there were only two bolts on my car and they were not tightened. Once I found out I called the Ray Skillman in greenwood and spoke to their corporate manager Brian Crowe and asked to have my money returned because I paid for parts that were never put on my car. He said he would get back to me and never did. This was very disappointing because my family and I have bought several cars from Ray Skillman and always had good experiences. Now my family and I will take out business elsewhere and I will never visit this dealership again! This very simple mistake could've turned into something tragic! I do not recommend anyone taking their car to this Ray Skillman service center! More

Fantastic Experience My car was hit less than 3 weeks after it was purchased. I immediately took it to Ray Skillman's Collision Center. A free estimate was done within m My car was hit less than 3 weeks after it was purchased. I immediately took it to Ray Skillman's Collision Center. A free estimate was done within minutes and they thoroughly explained how the insurance worked. When I took it in for repair, they were professional, thorough and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They worked with the insurance company and even washed my car before returning it to me. I highly recommend them. More
