The staff was very curteuous and helpful, more so than some of the twin cities BMW dealers. Typically with my baby face, I don’t get much attention from the sales staff. While the typical dealer paperwork can be long, I felt it went pretty smooth for not having bought a car in 7 years. If you are sick of the hetic and sometime snobbish twin cities premium dealers, take a trip south for a refreshing dealer experience. Thank you Sam and Tony! More
