I came in to see a truck after completing the “build my truck” online. Told that vehicle was sold already. Shown another truck - one I very much wanted - on paper with VIN options and pricing. Given a cost truck” online. Told that vehicle was sold already. Shown another truck - one I very much wanted - on paper with VIN options and pricing. Given a cost of that vehicle and my trade in. When I showed up later that day to put money down, another sheet of paper w another truck, VIN, price and options was slide across the table with “I wanna trade this paper with that one” and “same truck, different location” explanation. Now looking at the third truck in one day. When I was called to pick it up the next week I was told “we can put the bedliner in another time. The truck is ready for you.” When I finally came in to get the truck there was NO effort to ensure the options on the truck were even present (cord accessories were missing) and had to ask if the tailgate lock was even installed. As if once we showed up to give you money, any illusion of customer service was put away. “Give me five stars and put any comment you want” I could go on with more details but hopefully service will be different from sales. More

I was specifically looking for something with more space and capability for family adventures, and the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition caught my eye. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I felt a genuine warmth and professionalism that truly set this dealership apart. The absolute highlight was Anthony, my salesperson. He wasn't just knowledgeable about the Pathfinder's unique features, from its distinctive black accents to its practical tow hitch; he was genuinely personable, and we connected instantly over his Navy background, which made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend he was helping out. He listened intently to my needs for a family vehicle, understood my appreciation for my Lexus, and patiently guided me through the Pathfinder's advantages for a growing family, ensuring I truly got a feel for the vehicle during the test drive. The 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition itself was in fantastic shape, clearly well-cared for by Nissan of Bowie, both inside and out. It was sparkling clean, and the 3.5L V6 engine felt strong and reliable, with the CVT operating smoothly. Anthony had all the vehicle's history ready for me, including the CarFax report, which gave me full confidence in my decision. What truly impressed me was their willingness to honor my reasonable requests – they went above and beyond by even making the vehicle a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), adding an extra layer of peace of mind.
