Hello all, I am a Marine Corps Veteran with 3 years of experience in the car business. I enlisted active duty military after graduating from high school in 2008. My job in the military was very key and vital to others survival and safety. I was what they called a "Rigger" Meaning I maintained all aviation gear an F-18 pilot would wear during flight. I love fast cars, Technology and exceptional customer service. I truly love the car business because I meet all walks of life here. This has been the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not receive my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not received my license plates and I keep reaching out via email and have yet to get a response from anyone other than the lady who keeps harrassing me to give them 5 stars for their poor service. I have received so much conflicting information from every single person I have talked to this whole thing is ridiculous, and in the end it seems like I'll have to pay more money plus a penalty to get my own plates because it's been longer than 30 days with absolutely no help or solution from anyone at Koons. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford More
