***BEWARE $5,500 IN BS FEES ON ALL THEIR VEHICLES *** Don't waste your time with this dealer. They advertise a nice price, but once they work up your final Out The Door price they load on the BS fees! Pr Don't waste your time with this dealer. They advertise a nice price, but once they work up your final Out The Door price they load on the BS fees! Prior to driving hours to their dealership I spoke with Olga (cust serv. Rep) and questioned her on the fees to be assured they weren't trying to sneak any in there and waste my time. She insisted that they only had a standard dealer fee and there weren't any other fees outside of small doc and title. Well, that was so far from the truth. Went onsite to test drive the car and when I told them I wanted it BAM there is was in black and white $5,500 in BS fees $3,995 for reconditioning and $1,395 for the "protection package". Needless to say I was furious! After getting up and leaving w/ my family the manager called me and offered me another price which was still thousands higher then other vehicles I found. Being so disappointed I contacted the GM asked him if he could explain to me in detail why and how do they think this is good customer service and of course I got a BS response and another offer to buy the car which was still way over priced. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ESLE WHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! Ended up buying the same year, make, ,trim and model with 15k less miles for thousands less at another dealer. More

Everyone @ Jenkins in Gainesville is extremely helpful and approachable. They were easy to negotiate with and do business with, and went above and beyond. Joe Grundorf was my sales rep and did a great job and approachable. They were easy to negotiate with and do business with, and went above and beyond. Joe Grundorf was my sales rep and did a great job handling my needs and educating me on the vehicles that I wanted to see. Antonio Carranza was the most patient and up front sales manager I’ve ever dealt with. Together they both went absolutely above and beyond for me to get me what I wanted. This is my 2nd lease at Jenkins in Gainesville and I very well may never go anywhere else. The crew made the transition painless and easy, and my family is extremely satisfied with our new 2020 Sorento! They arranged for me to drop off the new Sorento for window tinting and provided a loaner vehicle over night, and also made sure I had everything in line. Chris Sauerbron was quick and easy and no BS. I always appreciate when a professional knows his business, and Chris absolutely does. Joseph Cofer always knows his customers and is polite and friendly and gets the service jobs coordinated and completed efficiently and effectively. I can’t say enough about this dealership. I am truly satisfied and happy with my interactions with all of these guys. I will continue my business with them for a long time, and promote and recommend them for sales and service. More

In and out in less than 2 hours for service. Jenkins Kia in Gainesville Florida has truly made my Car Service a dream. In and out in less that 2 hours that included the Free car wash and it came Jenkins Kia in Gainesville Florida has truly made my Car Service a dream. In and out in less that 2 hours that included the Free car wash and it came out showroom new. Also with my busy schedule they are right there with Saturday Service also. The staff go beyond just the normal bring your car in and wait. they have a full service waiting room and coffee and the other stuff hot chocolate and flavored coffee. You cant get bored at Jenkins Kia. Oh and I will never buy from another car dealer again. I found the best. More

Purchasing a new car can be a very exciting experience but at the same time it can cause a great deal of anxiety. In my situation I wanted to trade in a car that wasn't fulfilling my needs and ultimately but at the same time it can cause a great deal of anxiety. In my situation I wanted to trade in a car that wasn't fulfilling my needs and ultimately I just wasn't happy driving it. Mariah was the first salesperson that notice how unsatisfied I was with my previous car and did everything she possibly could to find a car that would fit my budget but most importantly make me happy. She was so informative and simplified everything through the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and had an answer to every question I asked. It's rare to find salespeople in the car business that truly care about their customers but Mariah exceeded my expectations. I'm now a proud owner of a new 2020 Kia Optima! I'm so grateful for all her hard work and patience! More

Sales Professional Demetrius Ferguson, Sales Manager Bryan Adams, and General Manager Antonio Carranza were ready to sell us a vehicle, and were willing to make a deal. We found a vehicle on their website that we were looking to buy, and called them to inquire about the vehicle. I told them we were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes, and asked to have their bottom line, out the door price ready when we got there. Upon our arrival, Demetrius met us at the door, showed us the vehicle, then introduced us to Bryan & Adam, who had my bottom price ready for us. We then test drove the vehicle, and returned with a counter offer, to which they agreed. The vehicle was then detailed and prepared for us as we finalized the deal. The whole purchase took about 2 hours, and we drove away with our new vehicle, and with a feeling of satisfaction that we got the best deal we could find. While there, we met a few of the other staff, and everyone was very pleasant to speak with. The team at Jenkins Kia of Gainesville are commended on a job well done. More

Coil & Belt Replaced, Radiator Flush, Mileage Reimbursement Had assistance from Joseph and Tony by phone who tended to all my needs and helped me structure and prioritize my most immediate car repair needs and Had assistance from Joseph and Tony by phone who tended to all my needs and helped me structure and prioritize my most immediate car repair needs and table those that can wait. Also helped me with mileage reimbursement filing. Getting my car repaired while my spouse is laid off from work and helping me keep costs down and recoup mileage reimbursement from Kia to help cover the nearly $800.00 bill was very much appreciated. Joseph and Tony were very attentive to my needs by phone and extremely professional. Will absolutely transfer my Kia bussiness from Lake City to Gainesville now. More
