My dissatisfaction stems from several issues encountered during my visit on 12/4/23. Firstly, I would like to highlight the recurring problem of overfilled oil during the multiple services I have availed myself of at your establishment. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of your staff on several occasions, the issue has not been adequately addressed, leading to a persisting inconvenience and potential damage to my vehicle. Moreover, during my previous visits, there were disagreements and debates regarding the services provided, with your staff members insisting on their version of events, which, upon further investigation, were proven inaccurate. This lack of acknowledgment and attempts to invalidate my prior experiences have significantly undermined my confidence in the professionalism and competence of your establishment. Additionally, I had presented a valid coupon during my recent visit, which was initially accepted, only to be met with resistance (from Olga as always even though rep confirmed to her I gave him coupon she argued) and an attempt to discredit its validity when bringing their shortcomings to light. This disregard for valid promotional offers further added to my disappointment and frustration with the overall experience. I expect that a reputable establishment such as Jenkin’s Kia of Gainesville upholds a certain standard of service quality, competence, and customer care, which, regrettably, I found lacking during my recent interactions. To resolve these issues, I would appreciate a thorough investigation into the matters raised, an assurance of improved service quality and accuracy in the future, and a suitable resolution regarding the overfilled oil instances. I kindly request a prompt response to this complaint to discuss how Jenkin’s Kia of Gainesville plans to rectify these concerns and prevent similar occurrences in the future. We just leased a new Kia with Jenkins of Gainesville and are very pleased with their service. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but the Jenkins team headed by GM, Antonio Carranza pulled together and are very pleased with their service. They were able to provide all docs online, as we were in Massachusetts at the time. We wanted to be able to take care of everything and then pick up the car as part of a road trip, on a certain date. On that date they had the car spotless, sitting in a showroom all by itself (somewhat coincidence as that is a new showroom and not in use just yet), and with the windows tinted too. They quickly pulled the car outside and off we went; 15 minutes or less. An excellent experience from our perspective. More

Extremely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. This will be our third Kia Soul and the personable no-pressure approach is one of the top reasons we keep coming back. More

I would not recommend this dealer due to their lack of professionalism and honesty. We contacted them about a vehicle on their website. They advised that the vehicle was there and available. We were coming from 2hrs away to purchase the vehicle. Due to the distance, the sales rep actually called us late the night before to confirm the vehicle was on the lot and that we were actually coming the next morning. When we arrived we were told they sold the vehicle late the night before then proceeded to offer us a vehicle two years older for the same price! They didn’t even have any new vehicles for the model we wanted on any of their lots. Needless to say we were angry at the deceptive sales tactic and asked to speak with the manager. He apologized and said if they would have known we were coming they could have prevented the two hour drive. They called us late the night before to confirm we were coming! Sleezy sales tactics that give car salesmen a bad rep. We will never buy anything from a Jenkins dealer. We ended up finding another vehicle just down the street at a different dealership. One year old, same model, features, etc., with only 3k miles. It was less then the two year old vehicle with 23k miles that Jenkins tried to sell us with the bait and switch tactic. More
