We just leased a new Kia with Jenkins of Gainesville and are very pleased with their service. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but the Jenkins team headed by GM, Antonio Carranza pulled together and are very pleased with their service. They were able to provide all docs online, as we were in Massachusetts at the time. We wanted to be able to take care of everything and then pick up the car as part of a road trip, on a certain date. On that date they had the car spotless, sitting in a showroom all by itself (somewhat coincidence as that is a new showroom and not in use just yet), and with the windows tinted too. They quickly pulled the car outside and off we went; 15 minutes or less. An excellent experience from our perspective. More
