The one simple price was reasonable and the first offer on my trade was good. Once we agreed on the out-the-door total, we made an appointment to do the deal. Everyone was prepared and there was very little waiting. The paperwork was accurate and the purchase price and trade price was as agreed. We were in and out within an hour. Adrian Garza,sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, patient, and quick to provide information. He did a great job. Damon Honore, sales manager, was very quick and reasonable to deal with on the trade value of my vehicle. We were able to agree on an out-the-door total during a five minute phone call. And as mentioned earlier, everything was as agreed when we showed up to do the deal. Tony Decena, the finance manager, was prepared and quickly went through the paperwork. He explained clearly what we were signing. The paperwork was accurate. He quickly explained all the warranty options and other potential add ons. Very respectful of the time but still did a good job of explaining everything so we could make informed decisions. Overall, a great experience and great deal. Much better than other dealership I have worked with in the past. Will definitely work with Gunn Honda again. More

Buying a new car is stressful and in our case this was compounded by the fact that we were having to buy our second.new car in less than 22 months. This is because the brand new car we bought in December of 2014 was totaled July of this year. So when we visited Gunn Honda in late October of this year, we were extra stressed and not really looking forward to the experience. Therefore it was very helpful that Gunn has the "one price on the sticker deal." No haggling over the price! We also lucked out and got Kevin Browning as our salesman. God bless Kevin! He was so patient. He put up with my husband's long winded stories, and our ignorance of so many of all the new electronics on the new cars. We can therefore say that we had probably the best car shopping experience of our 42 years of marriage. Thank you Gunn, and thank you, Kevin Brownning. Antonio Decena handled our financing, and he too, was very patient and helpful. More
