Prestige Subaru is Wonderful I was considering 3 different SUVs (Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru Forester). I did extensive online research, test drove all 3, and negotiate I was considering 3 different SUVs (Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru Forester). I did extensive online research, test drove all 3, and negotiated a price at all three dealerships. All 3 vehicles were very similar in style, features, and options. I ultimately bought the Forester because of the service I received at Prestige Subaru. Antonio Guzman was friendly, helpful, informative, and with applied no pressure. I wanted a specific vehicle, with specific features. Even though Prestige did not have that exact vehicle, Antonio did not try to talk me into a car already in inventory. Antonio went out of his way to find the car I wanted and get it to Prestige. Plus, the price was right. Antonio kept all of his promises and made my car shopping experience a very positive one. More

We began our search for a family-friendly crossover vehicle with extensive internet research on specs, reliability, performance, and price. We narrowed our choices down to three top cars. After a horrid experience at one of the dealers down the street (we suspect this particular dealership did not take us seriously, since we were so young, and figured they could try to rip us off with their prices), we found our salesman at Prestige to be more real and willing to negotiate down to our target price with a little bit of good-natured hassling. Thank you, Mr. Antonio Guzman, for a friendly and smooth transaction. We are thrilled with our Forester, and we look forward to years of trucking through hard midwest winters and back again with it. They never pressured us, which made the entire experience much more enjoyable. They were informative and worked tirelessly to get me the best deal. My first Subaru I had been researching the purchase of a new car for a few months and was led to Subaru based on their price, features, and reputation. They wer I had been researching the purchase of a new car for a few months and was led to Subaru based on their price, features, and reputation. They were one of the brands that met the needs of what I was looking for. I previously only owned traditional American brand cars; Ford, GM, and Dodge. I first visited Prestige Subaru on a chilly and rainy Saturday morning, after viewing their website. There were other Subaru dealerships closer to my home, but none appeared to offer the inventory and competitive pricing of Prestige. I had narrowed my search down to the new WRX's and Crosstreks. I was met by Antonio Guzman who walked with my family and I in the wind and rain, showing me what Prestige had to offer. His friendly, no pressure approach caught my attention immediately. After browsing that day, Antonio took my phone number and said he would call me when the cars having the specific options/packages I was looking for were delivered to the dealership. On Monday morning, Antonio called and let me know the vehicles I was waiting to see were delivered. That night, my family and I went back to Prestige and Antonio had the vehicels ready for me to test drive. I was able to drive both the WRX and Crosstrek in conditions ranging from a parking lot to highways. Antonio rode along answering any questions I had, again not pressuring me into any purchase. We talked more about our familes and his time spent in the military. Following the test drives, I told Antonio I needed to discuss my experience with my wife and I would be in touch with him. He thanked me for stopping in and left it at that. The following morning, I contacted Antonio and told him I had decided on the WRX. I also told him what I wanted to spend. After a few short phone conversations, I was told he could make the deal at my offer. Knowing the WRX's are a high demand vehicle, I wasn't sure they could meet my offer but Antonio and Prestige Subaru made it happen. I went back to Prestige that night and completed the transaction. The finance manager even found a lower interest rate while I was there. Antonio went over the car with me bumper to bumper, answered all questions, and I drove it home. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Not only wouldn't I hesitate to recommend Antonio or Prestige Subaru to my friends and family, I would encourage them to go there. More
