My wife and I had been looking for two new Toyotas with specific options. In this market, we had gotten burned by another dealer waiting 7 months after placing a deposit. My wife had spoken with Steven Mee specific options. In this market, we had gotten burned by another dealer waiting 7 months after placing a deposit. My wife had spoken with Steven Meece right after to see if Toyota of McKinney could get what we wanted. He was honest and upfront that it would be a long wait due to the market. Before we even placed a deposit, he called to follow up with updates and to make sure we were still looking. Not once did we ever feel pressured to buy from him. It felt like he just wanted to help us get what we wanted. A couple months later, he let us know that they are starting to get allocations and that if we wanted, we could place a deposit. Fortunately, both our calendars were free that day so we drove 30+ miles to put the deposits down on the two Toyotas we wanted. While we were driving in, Steven found that one of the Toyotas with the options we wanted had been allocated to them with a delivery date in December. We reserved the incoming vehicle and then let him know what we wanted in the 2nd Toyota. Again he was upfront and let us know that the model with options we want may take some time to get. We were already aware of this after talking to 4-5 dealers in the area. We said ok and left after placing our deposits. Two weeks later, he calls to let us know that they were able to get the 2nd Toyota allocated to them and it would be delivered within the week! Once it came in, Steven had all the paperwork ready and we were in/out quicker than the time it took to drive in. Less than a week later, the model that was supposed to be delivered in December, came in. Through the whole process, Steven was friendly, considerate and (dare I say) a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. We will not hesitate to recommend him and Toyota of McKinney. Also, I have to give a shout out to Antonio in Finance. He was friendly and efficient! More

We spoke regarding trade vehicle and then went and test drove an new arrival Toyota Highlander Limited. That’s all it took. Went in and entered into a no hassle agreement and picked the Highlander up the next day after it had been prepped for delivery. Words to describe ( FLAWLESS”). Do yourself a favor and ask for Camron when you visit. More

Steven Meece was amazing from start to finish. I had contacted so many dealerships during the pandemic because of a specific model I wanted that was extremely hard to find. I got very badly burned from another NTX dealer and pretty much gave up. Steven contacted me in just a follow up and when I told him what had happened and he was very apologetic even though it wasn't his dealership. He was honest from the get, and when I was finally able to order my vehicle, he was so amazing that I ordered 2. I just picked up my first one (the unicorn Hybrid Highlander in white with black interior), and it couldn't have been an easier transaction from start to finish! Steven was great, as was Antonio in Finance. I can't wait to go back to get my second vehicle. More
