I was a returning customer and this go around we were not taken care of at all and I have had to fight for any assistance we have been given. I have lost sleep, I have been so angry with the lack of empathya taken care of at all and I have had to fight for any assistance we have been given. I have lost sleep, I have been so angry with the lack of empathyand consideration for their customers. I have had to email constantly, call constantly, and go in person to get responses. I am still trying to work with them before exploring state and legal advice/resources. I will update if something changes, but I would highly recommend to buy elsewhere. You will get burned; they will not care. I would also highly recommend that you get everything they say to you in writing (value of your trade, what they are offering you for your trade, that you take your time with the car fax (we were told ours was fine and it certainly was not)- they are compensating for the insurance increase due to vehicles history of prior damage. They WILL NOT disclose that you are buying a previous rental or fleet vehicle. Look at the warranties they force you to get and then add on later. Go line by line in the finance office. TAKE YOUR TIME with their paperwork. Make sure they give you everything they say they are and put it in writing (had to email constantly, call, and go in person to get forced services of LoJack activated.) This is not an honest place anymore. We were rushed because of health issues (they make you wait so long with no food) and our autistic children's schedules; our sales person was too busy to thoroughly explain what he was selling us (this is done on purpose). We were taken advantage of and the GM is not interested in customer service: they will say there's 2 sides to every story, but they consistently do sleezy dealership shenanigans. Please review all of the reviews. Not the old ones that have been refreshed. It's not the same place it was a few years ago! More

Dealership was very busy with a lot of pleasant sale reps. Had to make two trips from East Texas and they helped with some of the extra expenses. I was very disappointed by the outcome of my experience with the service department after purchasing a used car from Pat Lob. The car fax I received upon purchase showed the dealership did an alignment be with the service department after purchasing a used car from Pat Lob. The car fax I received upon purchase showed the dealership did an alignment before selling. After a few days driving, the car began to pull hard to right. I was told to have it aligned in my area (Austin). The dealership that did the alignment noted the front tires were not the proper recommended size and the car was vibrating. Jose Facundo told them to do a wheel balance. When the dealership did the balance, they discovered a bent wheel. Jose said that could be replaced, but then refused to follow through. The car salesmen promoted the new tires on the used car as a plus....I had no idea they were the wrong size or that this would create problems keeping the alignment and create vibration. I am very disappointed that the dealership is unwilling to correct the bent wheel or put the correct tire size on the front of the car. This is not the warrant of satisfacton they promote. More
