I asked what the Service Fee is and how is it calculated? No plausible answer, ‘just everyone pays a service fee’, does not answer my questions. I had a coupon for a $29.95 oil change + tax, and get charged a $9.00 service fee is just outrageous! I am seriously considering not trading up to another Nissan to avoid dealing with this dynamic!
