My review is only a 5 because of Jude, his customer service is Top tier! He is well knowledgeable and listened to my issue and help communicate effectively to the mechanics it needs to be listed where service is Top tier! Not responsive. I dropped off for replacing radiator , need to know if I would need a rental or not. I made a lot of calls and left messages regarding to status and I dropped off for replacing radiator , need to know if I would need a rental or not. I made a lot of calls and left messages regarding to status and no one replied. At the end, it took total of 7 days for me to get the car back which I was told would take about a day. The explanation was short staffed. I totally lost my faith in Nissan and I don’t think I would buy another Nissan again. More
