Absolutely horrible service at Castle Chevy in Villa Park, IL. Had an appointment at 9:15am on Saturday but then had to have car towed in so they moved my appointment to 12:45pm. The car got there in ti Park, IL. Had an appointment at 9:15am on Saturday but then had to have car towed in so they moved my appointment to 12:45pm. The car got there in time and I received a call from Antonio checking my car in and he said they might not be able to get to it with them being busy. I didn’t hear anything from them by 4pm so I checked to see what was going on and was told they would get to it Monday. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to honor it? I told them now I would be without a car for the weekend so they offered to give me a loaner car but it was too late to get there before they close. Why wouldn’t they offer the car when Antonio first told me they might not get to it? Patrick asked me if I wanted Antonio to set up a loaner car for Monday morning and I said yes and what time they open and was told 7am so I said I’ll be there. Get there at 7am on Monday and guess what? No loaner car was set up. There was a nice lady who worked on finding me a loaner car but by the time she could find one my car was already being fixed so I waited for my car. I asked her what was the General Managers name because I wanted to talk to him and she said it was Justin, he gets in at 9am and she said she would let him know I wanted to talk to him. Of course he never came to talk to me. Great customer service at this place. When it was all said and done it cost $1100 to change a starter? Talk about price gouging. I will NEVER go back to any dealership in the Castle Group. I recommend staying away from this place. More

Excellent service Tony F had everything scheduled. Antonio picked up at finish.Extremely busy cars everywhere!!! Owen tech re battery showed me gauge however I opted for new one.Owen repaired my phone Antonio picked up at finish.Extremely busy cars everywhere!!! Owen tech re battery showed me gauge however I opted for new one.Owen repaired my phone and patiently showed me how to do this!!! So thankful for the respect to female seniors and ALL!!! Castle please keep up the Great work!!! More
