The staff is friendly enough for the most part, Jason Herald and Antonio Rucker were friendly and helpful and didn’t waste time with anything. However, when we sat down to take care of finances we worked with Eric Liebsly. He was so unpleasant to work it and rude it ruined the entire experience, I can’t count the amount of times he rolled his eyes and sighed dramatically when I would ask even the simplest question. I got this treatment even if I would ask him to elaborate on something before I signed it. I would recommend this dealership if this person didn’t work there. Proposed Solution: don’t be unpleasant. EDIT: The dealership reached out and apologized on behalf of Mr Liebsly so I am raising my review from 2 stars to 4 just so I don’t negate the positive experience I did have with Jason and Antonio. More
