I judge each encounter on an individual level, and don't let the experience from one establishment be a referendum on all dealerships. Whether good, bad, or indifferent. That said, it's extremely rare for me to walk away from a dealer with a genuine feeling of fulfillment. Not just in regard to the specific purchase made, RAV4 GR Sport, but an overall satisfaction with the entire experience. From the moment i made the phone call, to driving off of the lot. I would like to thank Alec Thompson, Daniel Lugo, Chad Kemp, Madeline Schuetz, Cody Hollingsworth, and Tony Santos for making this such an enjoyable experience!!!
