I've had my fair share of unpleasant experiences at dealerships. I've also been to dealerships that were staffed by honest working men and women of the highest professional caliber. Whether you go to dealerships. I've also been to dealerships that were staffed by honest working men and women of the highest professional caliber. Whether you go to a small time, 'buy here, pay here' lot. Or, a mainstream dealer with a large network. I judge each encounter on an individual level, and don't let the experience from one establishment be a referendum on all dealerships. Whether good, bad, or indifferent. That said, it's extremely rare for me to walk away from a dealer with a genuine feeling of fulfillment. Not just in regard to the specific purchase made, RAV4 GR Sport, but an overall satisfaction with the entire experience. From the moment i made the phone call, to driving off of the lot. I would like to thank Alec Thompson, Daniel Lugo, Chad Kemp, Madeline Schuetz, Cody Hollingsworth, and Tony Santos for making this such an enjoyable experience!!!
