I ask a lot of questions concerning the model of car; maintenance issues; Dealer services offered; and pricing. I do extensive car and Dealer research before arrival, to be informed and knowledgable. Honestly, Gabriella rose to the challenge and is the best car Sales Associate that I have ever worked with. Gabby is kind, knowledgable, patient and truly cares about her customer needs. She does not just sell a car, She makes the genuine effort to establish a relationship of trust and respect with her customers. Gabby followed through with every question and request with a caring and positive attitude. Honestly, I trust Gabby, her professionalism is exceptional. I also would like to thank Vince Zingone, when Gabby was off, I popped in to look at the car. He was most helpful and also above and beyond in customer service. He knew I was Gabby's customer, however he spent time with me and went over the necessary details. Also Cody was genuine and very helpful. Thank you Heritage, you earned my business. More
