I was very pleased with my experience at Lia Honda from start to finish. I found a vehicle I liked and completed the online form to make an inquiry. Even though it was after hours, Christine M got back to start to finish. I found a vehicle I liked and completed the online form to make an inquiry. Even though it was after hours, Christine M got back to me very quickly and got some pertinent information from me. The next day, I got a phone call from my sales representative, Antoun Ibrahim. He was professional and courteous. My husband and I were pleased to see that Lia Honda started off with a competitive price as opposed to other dealerships that seemed to mark up the same and similar vehicles. I asked for a few days to think about it and set up a test drive. At no point did, Antoun or anyone from his team make me feel pressured or uneasy. A few days later, I went in for the test drive and making the decision to sign the lease and make plans to pick up my new car went seamlessly. The dealership was very busy that day and Antoun was helping other customers but despite that, I always felt like I had his full attention . When I picked up my vehicle, I had a great interaction with Matt Baglio who handled the financial aspects of my lease. I also had the opportunity to speak with Renee who took me out to my new vehicle to show me all the features on my new car and answer all my questions. My experience with Lia Honda was a positive one because the staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I will gladly return. More
