Bob at LIA Honda service was very thorough in describing what needed to be done in order for my 2015 Civic to pass inspection. He even showed me pictures to back up what he said. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. All of LIA's staff was dressed up in Buffalo Bills attire to celebrate the Bills game to be played that evening.
