I'm Furious! The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is that in the past when I leased and then purchased my own Honda I worked with Antoun and he was amazing to The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is that in the past when I leased and then purchased my own Honda I worked with Antoun and he was amazing to work with. I would give him 5 stars. My son went in to lease a Honda a few years back and didn't know I had worked with Antoun. He didn't have credit built up so I went in to co-sign for him. This fall his lease was up and since he never missed or was late on a payment and built up some credit, he was able to do it on his own. Here is where my problems begin. His salesperson, Sal Khan, told him he would take care of the over mileage charges if he leased another vehicle. Well, he didn't. I first became aware when I got a notice from the credit monitoring that my credit score had dropped from a late payment. I asked my son and he said he had just gotten a call from Honda Finance about it and was surprised. He followed up with Sal who said he would take care of it. A month later, I got another notice- not from Honda or Honda Finance but from my credit monitoring service. That is right; even though I am the cosigner on this original loan I was never once sent a notice from them! I called Honda Finance myself and they said that the dealer can't waive these fees, but if they did promise they will have to send in the payment and write a letter stating we were not responsible so credit reporting agencies can be notified. My son followed up again with Sal and he said he would take care of it and to call back in a few days. He has tried calling back and had left voice mails but no response. I just got a notice that my credit score has dropped to 640 - it was 800!! They also said it was sent to collections. I can only imagine what it did to my son's credit since he was just trying to build it up. More

Enjoying my new Honda CR-V !!! Got a new CRV last week at Lia’s Honda Williamsville NY. It was a rainy Saturday when I went there, yet Antoine was able to show me around and helped me deciding what would be the best car for me based on what I told him I was looking for. While test driving the car, Antoine explained to me about the car’s safety features and specifications. We also talked a little bit about customizable features for the car. I returned to the showroom a couple of times because I had some questions about the car. Each time Antoine and Renee provided me with the right information and excellent customer service. After I decided what car I would go for, they helped me with the paperwork. They even transferred my old plates to my new car so I didn’t have to go to the DMV (which is always a plus). All in all, buying a new car was stressful, but it is good to know you can always find good people guiding you along the way without pushing you into get things you are not interested. It is good that they listen to you ;) Thank you Antoine Abraham for all your help (you the man) Thank you Renee Hark for your enthusiasm. Thank you Don and Aaron for everything!! More
