The vehicle I wanted and was working to purchase was sold to another customer, while I was on Anyia was very kind and tried her best to work with me. The vehicle I wanted and was working to purchase was sold to another customer, while I was on my way from 200 miles to complete the paperwork. This was very disappointing. But Aniya found a comparable vehicle and worked with to get the price at a cost I could accept. I was also told o could refinance with my bank to get a lower interest rate but my bank informed me that could not be done for 30 days after my purchase. Now my credit score will be lower and I may not get the great rate I was given initially by the bank. These are the only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. More
