I came to the dealership already knowing what vehicle I was interested in. They allowed me to take the car on a test drive and gave me as much time as I wanted. Service was fast, fair and so accommodating. I dreaded buying a new car after my experience with the kia soul. I hate haggling with salespeople and wasting hours of my day trying to buy a car. Dear Chery Hill Dodge personnel,Buying a car is usually Dear Chery Hill Dodge personnel, Buying a car is usually a stressful experience for us seniors, so I am happy to say this time it went very smoothly, Dear Chery Hill Dodge personnel, Buying a car is usually a stressful experience for us seniors, so I am happy to say this time it went very smoothly, thanks to the knowledge and preparedness of the saleswoman, April Wedge. April didn't pressure us and she was a delight. She gave us all the NECESSARY information and responded clearly and directly to our questions. She even printed us a copy of all the car information and did not push us when we asked for maybe a couple of days to think. This is a car for our younger daughter. Once again, April managed to have a tire replaced and mentioned that she wanted to make sure our Lana would be happy and safe. Thank you so much April. We did get ourselves a new used Chrysler at CH Dodge store for ourselves about two months ago, and we have already told our older daughter to shop with April for her new, used car. We don't have any doubt that April will get Florette a nice and safe car. I can't emphasize how appreciative of April's help, support and honest approach towards us. No doubt April was a force behind it, and I loved being helped by a woman. I identified myself with her and I feel I got a friend. Thank you April.
