This dealership was somewhat busy but they were very well staffed so you could hardly notice! Each time we walked in we were greeted and saw someone immediately. We worked with the same person which was nice and personable and also nice to not start over with someone new. The inside was very clean and seats were cozy. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood and you can tell customer service is a priority. There’s an overall friendly vibe like the staff enjoy working there. I cannot even think of a single con. If I had to say one thing, their parking lot was a bit busy making it hard to maneuver through. The market dropped considerably so maybe this was a bit unusual, I’m not too sure! My prior vehicle purchase I spent approx 1/2 a day buying or waiting around for my paperwork to get started. At this location it seemed people were ready for me and that’s quite impressive. This was probably the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had. We were test driving within minutes and were buying very quickly after spending sometime messing around with all the interior and exterior features of the vehicle we were interested in getting. Our sales person Ara was incredibly helpful and reminded us to inspect the body and do the walk around and other things we missed. There was no pressure whatsoever. He listened to things we wanted and spent the time to show us some of the tech things we were interested in and all the bells, whistles and extra features and there were a ton! Even better was that you could tell Ara was a genuinely good person. That’s hard to get that in car buying situations as sometimes you wonder what’s self serving vs your best interest. Not for a single second did I feel any sales tactics or ever question if there were other motives. I felt he wanted us to have what we wanted and was great at naturally discussing that with us. It was nice to have that open trustworthy conversation and process. It truly felt like he was there for what we wanted and would see that through for us as needed. We particularly enjoyed conversations during waiting parts and felt like we could be ourselves and it was almost like chatting with a friend we’ve known for years. Most our time was spent with Ara and he absolutely is the reason for our great experience. If I had to do this again, I would not change a thing. Everything was better than I could have asked for.
