Didn’t even seem to want to work a deal with me, all he did was text me “You need money down or a cosginer” No introduction. No explanation. Anyway, I ended up working with a nice lady Janae and then bought from Eric. Overall I felt like I was brushed off and everyone else had to clean up his mess.
