Incredible experience and so unlike the standard protocols for many other dealerships. From the time we first stepped on the lot Lorne Sallis was welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. We have never protocols for many other dealerships. From the time we first stepped on the lot Lorne Sallis was welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. We have never owned a Mazda before but have found the CX-90 to be over the top in meeting our needs. Fantastic piece of engineering and extraordinary design flair. Lorne spent significant time with us in test driving, color choice and the trim/model evaluation up until the closing time of the dealership. Claremont competed with another dealership for the same exact car and the final offer from Claremont the next day exceeded our expectations. Arash Himmat in Finance completed the paperwork with us in a very timely manner without the expected high pressure tactics. He was professional & courteous, as well. When all was complete, Lorne gave as a tour of the dealership and introduced to many of the staff in Service, Parts and the Detailer for the facility. We were amazed. Thereafter, Lorne reviewed all the features of the vehicle including the tech operations and compatibility with our iPhones. By the time we were done we were confident on how to safely operate the vehicle on our return home. The staff, including management support at the highest levels, work as a strong team and are valued as they strive to meet every customer expectation.
