Arcee is very nice and professional but my experience with your location was horrific. I came in one day to look and cars to buy a new one and get a key replaced for my Murano. Made an appointment Wednes with your location was horrific. I came in one day to look and cars to buy a new one and get a key replaced for my Murano. Made an appointment Wednesday to come in Thursday morning. Then after 3 hours they said it's thr key and nothing internal on the car. Then we decided to get a new key programmed. After all that he said we don't have that key. After all that and $280, he said we don't have that key, a very common one, in stock. Then he said it would be another $600-$700 to get a key. So almost $1,000 for a key to be programmed seems insane. Also would have been another round trip costing a ton in gas. I was all set to buy a car there but will pass now. I found someone to buy and program a key for $200. First and last time I'll be at your location. Also said i needed over $5,000 in repairs. My mechanic said it was all false so that too. More

I appreciate your most professional response and product loyalty. However, I’m 72 years old and have been driving since I’m 16 years old that’s 56 years of driving vehicles! I find your so called technical advancements to be more of a distraction than an assistance.That seems to be the lazy , brain dead world we currently live in, I don’t like it !Ten years from now if all vehicle assist functions are turned off will humans be able to drive ?
