Jennings VW provided the best overall buying experience. I was specifically looking for VW 2025 Jetta Sport Trim in Silver and visited 4 dealers (Liberty VW; Gurnee VW; Muller VW; Evanston VW) before going into Jennings VW. Muller was the most expensive and straight forward dealer. No nonsense. Liberty VW had the most shady practice (price went up once you arrive at the dealership. Did not honor email quote. Rude sales person who said "you don't qualify for all the rebates like Military; college grad". Why do you then sent me an email quote?). Gurnee VW played every known dirty trick in car sales business (like pushing add-ons like paint protection; left me alone in the room waiting for 30 minutes; I had to walk out the door; then sales guy comes running; finally printed a quote for Gray color; lied outright we don't have Silver color in stock for Sport Trim; I stepped out and pointed 2 cars sitting right there. Evanston VW had a false $1500 loyalty cash on the website; when I went into the dealership "oh that expired last month our website is outdated". I will absolutely do business with Jennings VW again; and totally recommend Jennings to all Family & Friends. Good Luck with your search. More

I'm so excited to be driving my new Taos in a special green color that I've been waiting years for. Everyone feels a little pain because we compromised. They all made it a super fun experience for me. They were gentlemen without being patronizing to a passionate car person! I've had at lot of cars in the past 15 years. Buying this car was a fiscally responsible move, and a great choice of where to go to feel good about my end goal. I'll be taking the car there for service maintenance when it's time. This is the first time I bought a car with 6 miles on the odometer! It smells new and glorious! Thanks Daniel, Dave and Arek. These guys were very thoughtful about asking me whether I wanted extra warranties, which I was clear I didn't want. They understood it was financial and also my super careful way I take care of my car. When I stopped by today to pick up my paperwork, the person who was off the day before who handles finances, came at me a bit hard about the extra "stuff". It's the only negative moment in two days of an other wise joyful experience. I just rolled my eyes. To be honest, I don't even remember his name.😂 More
