There are at least four or five VW dealers between me and them. I can safely say it was well worth it! The professionalism exhibited by the staff here is truly exceptional, and they make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. I was able to come to agreeable terms with Keith over the phone, which was surprisingly simple and a welcome change from the other dealers I've spoken to in the past. Arek was my product specialist, and he was incredibly well-versed on his product. Although I consider myself a car guy, Arek managed to show me several features and functions that I had never seen before. Above all, he was as pleasant and friendly as you could ever wish for. Great job. Next I met with Paula who walked me through my paperwork. She was very efficient at handling the necessary documents, and was delightful to speak with. Before I left, Arek reviewed some key vehicle features and ensured that I was completely satisfied and comfortable with my new Tiguan. Arek found out what we wanted, looked for the car because you did not have it and when that car was not available anywhere leased us one that had a bit more for what we thought was a fair price. The transaction went in a breeze: within several days of contacting Arek only by phone, the paperwork was ready when we picked up the beautiful car. The car we found was exactly as described by him on the phone.
