She wrote back asking a couple of other questions and after I answered them, she provided me with a great price. Not once did she bug me during the time frame I gave for my purchase. When the time came to buy the car, I contacted her and she directed me to Arek Aneszko. If you happen to walk in to Jennings cold, please ask for Arek. You will find a dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate sales person. He is very detail orientated and takes the time to explain the 'big picture' and the little details of the process of the car purchase. Additionally, his knowledge on diesel engines as well as the Golf really helped bring together my decision to buy the car. I was real fortunate Erin had Arek guide me through the process and I can only assure you that if you go to Jennings, Arek will serve you well. Lastly, I'd like to comment on my experience with finance and in particular Paula Ciolino. She could not have been more professional and patient in guiding me through the whole finance process. I was treated respectfully throughout the whole process. I absolutely hit a home run by purchasing a car at Jennings VW. Buying or leasing a car from Jennings VW is a wonderful experience. That's not an adjective one often associates with a car dealership, but it is absolutely true about Jennings. This is the third VW I've leased from them and here's why: 1) They treat me with respect and friendliness, and I'm talking about every employee in the building; 2) They do business with integrity, honesty and respect for my intelligence; 3) They back it up with great service after the sale. When I come in for service or just a car wash, I am treated as a friend. This is the way all businesses should be run and this is the reason that, as long as VW continues to make excellent cars, I will always be a Jennings customer. Special kudos to my sales professional Arek Aneszko, who is not only a pro, but a great person. Ken Lyon, the sales manager, is great-upfront with no B.S. Paula Ciolino is a pleasure to work with. I was referred to Jennings VW by a co-worker of mine who has purchased/leased 5+ vehicles from this specific dealership. I did my homework, decided what I wanted and reached out to the contact that my co-wo has purchased/leased 5+ vehicles from this specific dealership. I sent him an email identifying who I was, what I wanted, and how I wanted to be treated. I could not have asked for a more professional and comforting response. I promptly received an email back (not an annoying immediate phone call) requesting that I come in and speak with him. I jumped on the opportunity. Upon walking in, Arek greeted me warmly, sat me down, and simply listened to me. I reiterated what I wanted, explained my financial situation, and went for a ride. After we returned, Arek did not pressure me into sticking around, but told me that he would go to bat for me and then get back to me with the results. I met Andrew on the way out as he would be who I would end up working with on the numbers side. A few hours later I received a very positive and up-beat phone message from Arek indicating he had good news. There's nothing more re-assuring than hearing "I think you're really going to be happy with what we are able to do". I considering my options over the weekend, and the more I thought about it, the less I wanted to look anywhere else. My comfort level was right where I wanted it to be and I was anxious to hear what Arek had for me. Monday evening I returned to Jennings to talk things over with Andrew. When I arrived, the car Arek had picked out for me was all shiny, clean, and sitting in the garage waiting for me. I went back, sat down with Andrew, and less than 30 minutes later I was proudly shaking his hand to seal the deal. I have bad credit. I know I have bad credit. I established that from the get-go. Andrew and Jennings VW made it possible for me to drive off last night in a beautiful brand new 2013 Tiguan SE. I received exactly what I wanted for my trade in, had a nice initial discount from Andrew, threw in auto show bonus cash, and walked out putting down what I wanted at a comfortable lease rate. Even finalizing the deal with Paula at the end of the evening was a pleasurable experience. Her up-beat sense of humor and warm personality made me feel like I was doing the right thing while I was signing off on everything. The day we picked up our vehicle it was close to the closing time. However, Arek took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. He made sure we fully understand all the functions and capabilities of our brand new car. It was well after closing time but he did not rush one bit. Paula Ciolino secured an extremely low financing rate for me and made the "signing on the dotted line" as painless as possible. I would highly recommend contacting Jennings VW if your in the market for a great vehicle. By the way I averaged 48.7 MPG on my first tank of diesel. More
