When it turned out that he had exactly the car we were looking for in stock, we decided not to look further. My only complaint was that the actual process of buying the car took much longer than necessary as they tried to up-sell us on a package of $4500 worth of added warranty items. I fully understand their motivation ($$), but will insist that it be skipped by the next dealer we buy from. Other than that waste of a late hour, we were very satisfied with Jennings. More

I am 6' 7" and fit into about 5% of the cars available today (even fewer that I would actually own). I planned to research cars for about a year prior to when I was to buy one, and I awaited the available today (even fewer that I would actually own). I planned to research cars for about a year prior to when I was to buy one, and I awaited the launch of several new models (including the 2012 Beetle - I previously bought a 2000 Beetle from Sue at Jennings--gotta love the head room and the zip!). I visited several dealerships as a very casual shopper and received various greetings. At Jennings, I met Arek and could easily see from the start that he would be a person I would want to deal with in the future (friendly, informative, and all around excited about his product without being pushy). After serious consideration of all of the possible cars (save one that had not launched yet), I was very impressed with the VW Tiguan and enjoyed the very German feel of the test drive. I found the car to have ample leg room and enough headroom even with the enormous sunroof. Arek was very helpful with the test drive as well as the audio test :-). Once we finally decided on the Tiguan he was relentless with his search for one of the few remaining SELs in the area. This process was not only nearly seamless and painless, it was also enjoyable (it is always exciting to buy a new car, but sometimes that excitement is more than dulled by the experience--NOT here). I would recommend Arek and Jennings to anyone shopping for a VW. They are polite, professional and more than competitive when it comes to pricing. Thank you. More

Everyone was very helpful. Came in late around 8:30 and was on my way home by 9:15. They did not mess around with pricing games and the usual monthly payment deals. During the leasing of my 2011 Jetta, Arek Anesko, Paula Ciolino, Sue Guido and Andrew Low were part of that great customer service team. I appreciated the time they all gave me, but especially the patience, honesty, and knowledge displayed by Arek who took the extra steps to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my choice. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Arek was able to find the exact car for me to fit my specific needs and budget. I would definitely recommend Jennings VW to any prospective buyer interested in purchasing a Volkswagen. More

I truly enjoy working with Arek Arnesko. He is extremely knowledgeable about VW products, and I always feel he is sincere. I was a bit frustrated with some of the documents I had to sign, particularly the knowledgeable about VW products, and I always feel he is sincere. I was a bit frustrated with some of the documents I had to sign, particularly the one which was open ended regarding charges for the the leased car that I had returned. I had the car inspected, and negotiated the fees to be paid by the dealership as part of my new lease deal. They still insisted that I sign a form taking responsibility for things after the car was already in Jennings hands. Regardless, I realize that this is probably a VW credit issue, so I would recommend Jennings and specifically Arek for anyone interested in a Volkswagen. More
