Ari responded quickly to my inquiry about a preowned vehicle and was knowledgeable when he showed it to me. It was a good value and price was right, so i decided to buy it. When he produced the invoice, he had included two add-ons which raised the price about $2,000. I resisted and reminded him of the advertised price but he said they always include those add ons and quickly said he would split the cost. So i paid about 1,000 more than the advertised price and feel a bit manipulated. I now wish i would have held him to the advertised price. If the dealer calls me up and makes it right, I’ll let you know, but for now I score them at 2 out of five stars. More
