After several wonderful service experiences I began thinking of upgrading my 2019 Equinox. I met Stephanie Perez when in for service and impromptu she took time for me to test drive a 2026 Passport RTL. No sales pressure. Stephanie was nor listed on DealerReview but I give her 5 Stars Later set an appointment with Stephanie for my wife to test drive both the Passport and also a 2026 CTV Hybrid Touring. Again no sales pressure We ended up getting pricing on the Passport. Also agreed on a trade-in value for the Equinox that was close enough to what Carvana offered that we included the trade. Eric Curtice, Sales Manager, introduced himself and followed up several times during the process. Also great experience with the Finance Manager who did show all options but never once pushed or pressured us into anything. Again, never felt sales pressure. Very very satisfied. We did buy the 2026 Passport RTL. 5 Stars from Service.to Stephanie/Eric on the Sale and to the Finance Manager. Very happy and felt the deal was fair to all. More

Our initial visit went south at the outset. The sales person wasn't knowledgeable and clearly didn't get any support from the on-scene sales manager who never came out of his office. Two months later after extending our lease and finding similar support from the other Honda dealer across town we decided to give Superior another chance. When we arrived, Aric greeted us. As he was engaged with another customer, he motioned to us to be seated at a table he would be with us shortly. He completed his conversation and immediately introduced himself to my wife and me. We sat together and discussed why we were there and about what vehicle we were interested in looking at. Right away Aric was very attentive to what my wife and I were both interested in, such as features, colors, and style. He asked what we liked about our current vehicle, what we didn't like and then offered to find the vehicle we had described for us to test drive. Aric, pulled the vehicle up and asked if this might be what we were looking for. My wife and I both were impressed at how much of what we had talked about in a vehicle, Aric had matched and provided, it was perfect. Aric proceeded to explain all the features by presenting them in a way that was very professional. It was obvious to us both that he was very knowledgeable and concerned enough to be sure that this vehicle was what we wanted. Needless to say, my wife and I drove away in this vehicle. The purchasing process was smooth and comfortable, maybe a little too long, however painless. This visit to Superior Honda was very pleasant, enjoyable, and most importantly it renewed our positive feelings toward Superior. We both highly recommend anyone to visit Superior Honda. I picked up my 2024 Honda CRV on November 20, 2023. I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for th I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for those parts, but also paid for the labor when I initially picked up the vehicle back in November. I honestly thought I would need to pay for the LABOR as it take a bit of time to install etc. Nope....Aric Curtice the salesperson I work with and the Service Manager (forgive me I can't remember their name) said no charge - I had already taken care of that back in November. Imagine my surprise as I had my checkbook out and pencil poised!! Wow. -- and I also had a very nice courtesy car to drive while my vehicle was in the shop for all that. Thank you so much, Superior Honda!! My experience has been a really GREAT one and I hope to keep the relationship up with you folks and I have already referred 2 people to you since November, 2023. I've said it once I'll say it again....The experience I have had here has really changed my perception of dealerships. The dealership of yesteryear is truly no more. -- I have Aric to thank for that one!!! More

Today I traded my 2002 Honda CRV and purchased a 2024 Honda CRV and never in my life dreamed I'd be driving a brand new vehicle as I have always driven used cars. The experience was good and the atmosphere of the dealership was NOTHING like the dealerships of yesteryear. Truly. It was a positive as I did have negative experiences in the past and it really turned my perceptions around, and for the better I might add. I have some time constraints until the end of the year and was able to get my specially ordered vehicle today and had a "hard stop" in an hour and a half, and it all worked out! It was also very, very good to see the lot full of cars and people IN and AROUND the dealership itself as the recent pandemic was difficult for everyone with supply chains and the shortage of vehicles at the time.
