I picked up my 2024 Honda CRV on November 20, 2023. I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for th I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for those parts, but also paid for the labor when I initially picked up the vehicle back in November. I honestly thought I would need to pay for the LABOR as it take a bit of time to install etc. Nope....Aric Curtice the salesperson I work with and the Service Manager (forgive me I can't remember their name) said no charge - I had already taken care of that back in November. Imagine my surprise as I had my checkbook out and pencil poised!! Wow. -- and I also had a very nice courtesy car to drive while my vehicle was in the shop for all that. Thank you so much, Superior Honda!! My experience has been a really GREAT one and I hope to keep the relationship up with you folks and I have already referred 2 people to you since November, 2023. I've said it once I'll say it again....The experience I have had here has really changed my perception of dealerships. The dealership of yesteryear is truly no more. -- I have Aric to thank for that one!!! More

Today I traded my 2002 Honda CRV and purchased a 2024 Honda CRV and never in my life dreamed I'd be driving a brand new vehicle as I have always driven used cars. The experience was good and the atm Honda CRV and never in my life dreamed I'd be driving a brand new vehicle as I have always driven used cars. The experience was good and the atmosphere of the dealership was NOTHING like the dealerships of yesteryear. Truly. It was a positive as I did have negative experiences in the past and it really turned my perceptions around, and for the better I might add. I have some time constraints until the end of the year and was able to get my specially ordered vehicle today and had a "hard stop" in an hour and a half, and it all worked out! It was also very, very good to see the lot full of cars and people IN and AROUND the dealership itself as the recent pandemic was difficult for everyone with supply chains and the shortage of vehicles at the time. The overall experience was very good with respect to Sales help. Eric was really helpful over the phone with my wife. Jacob was very nice and helpful too but didn’t seem to know the answers to couple of Sales help. Eric was really helpful over the phone with my wife. The gentleman in finance seemed get upset with us as we were discussing the extended service warranty. It would of been very helpful to have this information prior to closing. We don’t buy or trade cars very often so purchasing extra warranty is new to us. It turned into an unpleasant experience for us. I think the product was good with merit. I even wanted to talk to my wife in private but that was when he seemed to get upset with us. I decided at that point we should pass. Thank you for the opportunity to share our concern. We are enjoying our new Ridgeline. More
